How do I connect the platforms I publish to?

Connections in the sidebar. Each platform has a card; choose Connect, sign in, approve, pick the page or channel if asked. The card shows Connected when it's done. Google Business Profile, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WordPress on every plan.

Connect a platform

  1. Open Connections in the sidebar.
  2. On the platform's card, choose Connect. The platform opens in a new window.
  3. Sign in and approve what Sagelyn asks for.
  4. If the account has several pages, channels or locations, pick the one for this Brand.

The card switches to Connected. Posts to that platform are now possible.

Platform by platform

  • Google Business Profile (the Google My Business card) — sign in with the Google account that manages the listing, then pick the location. It also lets the AI Visibility tab read your listing, and the AI Visibility Manager fix what is missing from it, one change at a time and only when you approve it (Pro); see Run a check and read the dashboard.
  • YouTube — sign in with the Google account, then pick the channel. Videos need a privacy status and the Made for Kids answer before publishing.
  • Facebook — sign in, then tick the Pages to connect; they're grouped as personal and business, and you can pick more than one.
  • Instagram — connects through Facebook; needs an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Page you manage.
  • LinkedIn — two cards: LinkedIn (sign in, then pick a Page to publish to or Personal profile only) and LinkedIn Business Page (a company Page you administer). See Connect LinkedIn.
  • WordPress — sign in to WordPress.com and confirm the site. This is where blogs publish (Pro).
  • Google Search Console — sign in and pick your site's property. Not for publishing: it feeds the AI Visibility Manager your real Google search data, so its questions come from the searches people actually use to find you.
  • Google Drive — for attaching files from Drive in chat, not publishing.

Change or reconnect

To switch a platform to a different account, choose Connect again and sign in with the other one; it replaces the existing connection. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Search Console and GoHighLevel also have a Disconnect on the card, with a confirmation. When a connection is about to expire, the bell in the header tells you — see Reconnect when a connection expires.

Questions

How do I disconnect a platform?

LinkedIn, LinkedIn Business Page, Facebook, Instagram, Google Search Console and GoHighLevel have a Disconnect on their card; you confirm with Yes, disconnect. Google Business Profile, YouTube and WordPress don't — to switch accounts, connect again and sign in with the other one; the new connection replaces the old.

Instagram won't connect.

Instagram connects through Facebook and needs an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you manage. A personal Instagram account can't be connected.

What are the Google Drive and Google Search Console cards?

Neither is a publishing destination. Google Drive lets you attach files from your Drive in chat (+ → Google Drive). Google Search Console gives the AI Visibility Manager your real search data — see Run a check and read the dashboard.

What's the GoHighLevel card with the disabled button?

A placeholder. GoHighLevel as a publishing destination isn't available yet; the card says Coming Soon and does nothing.
