We may receive information about you from third-party platforms you choose to connect, service providers, and publicly available sources.

2. Google & YouTube API Services

Our Services use Google APIs, including YouTube API Services, to allow you to connect your Google and YouTube accounts and manage or publish content through our application.

By using features that rely on these integrations, you are also agreeing to be bound by:

We do not sell Google or YouTube user data, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Personalize your experience

• With AI model providers that process your prompts and generate outputs for you, as described in Section 5

We do not sell your personal information.

5. AI Processing and Model Providers

The Services use third-party AI models to generate content, answers, and analyses. When you or your Agent sends a message, the prompt, any content you attach (such as brand details, documents, or images), and the model's output are transmitted to the provider of the model in use. Our current model providers are Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock), Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity. They act as our service providers, process the content to deliver the Services, and are contractually prohibited from using it to train their models.

Models with safety review. Some models are available to us only if the hosting platform is permitted to retain and review conversations for safety and abuse prevention. Today this applies to Claude Fable 5 and Claude Fable 5.1, hosted on Amazon Bedrock. For conversations with these models, Amazon Web Services retains the prompts and outputs within its own systems for up to 30 days and its personnel may review them. This content is not shared with the model developer (Anthropic) and is not used for training. Conversations with every other model available in the Services are not retained by the provider for review.

We label these models in the product where you choose a model. You can avoid this review by selecting a different model. We will update this section if the models or the conditions change.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including:

• Access: Request a copy of personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that we delete personal information
• Opt out of marketing: Opt out of marketing emails at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention of conversation content by AI model providers is described in Section 5.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries, which may have privacy laws that are different from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
